About Lively app
The Lively app on your smartphone gives you access to the Lively Urgent Response Team. In an emergency, tap the Urgent Response button you’ll be connected to a certified Urgent Response Agent who will get you the help you need no matter the situation. Agents are highly trained in assisting you through situations where you may feel unsafe, aren’t sure who to call for help, or if you are experiencing a medical emergency. They will work with you, contact your family or friends if desired, and stay on the line with you until your situation is resolved.
You can even speak to a registered nurse or board-certified doctor with our Nurse On-Call service anytime, day or night (Premium Health and Safety subscription required; no additional costs or copays or insurance needed).
The Lively app requires an active Lively subscription. Already a member? Simply download the app and sign in using your cell phone number.
At Lively, we also provide a community of support for our products and services. Our U.S.-based customer service team stands ready to assist you. From technical support professionals to customer service representatives, we always have the right person available when you need assistance of any kind.

No. As of August 1, 2024, the Lively Urgent Response service is not supported on Apple Watch.
The Lively app is compatible with smartphones running iPhone iOS 11 or Android 7.0 and above with Bluetooth.
Yes, the Lively app is free and available for download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, but you will need subscribe to a Lively Health & Safety plan to call Lively's Urgent Response service.
